In 2015, the CA Legislature quietly passed AB 329, the ”California Healthy Youth Act” (CHYA), requiring K-12 public schools implement a curriculum that denies fixed gender identities, affirms same-sex intimacy and promotes dangerous forms of sexual activity. The effect of CHYA and its program of Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) is to sexualize children beginning in Kindergarten.

Parents bear the primary responsibility for inculcating values to their children, not the State, especially relative to intimate human relationships. While we acknowledge the role of public schools to teach human biology, anatomy, the reality of sexual disease and prevention, the CHYA goes far beyond.

We reveal the true, unshielded nature of CHYA and CSE, as well-informed parents may best ensure their children’s welfare.
